This villa is absolutely beautiful! Such a amazing location with a great view. The villa has so many extras that made the stay even better.

We were very happy with our stay at Tides 702. The condo was clean and furnished beautifully. The location and the view were amazing. Communication with Myrna and all aspects of renting was very easy and professional. I highly recommend this beachfront property to all who are looking for a safe and relaxing time on Miramar Beach.

5 stars. Terrific stay! We'd come back for sure. One of the best condos we've ever stayed in at any beach over the years. <br/>Only one negative: there is another building situated in front of the South East corner of this building, and there are more than 50 AC units facing the balcony, so there is a continual mechanical hum that competes with the peaceful waves. My wife said most People wouldn't notice or be bothered, but I wanted to mention that for anyone who might have sensitivity to noise.

She is exceptional, kind, and very attentive; she always responded promptly, and we loved the place! Simply everything was wonderful—we will surely be back soon!
